Full Refund Policy

To receive a full refund, you must call Watson Web Building PRIOR to being contacted by them about setting up your website. If a WWB member has contacted you and inquired about your website's creation, that means they have already started creating the website based on the template you chose. This option is available, until you are contacted about the creation of your website.

Partial Refund Policy

For a partial refund, you must call Watson Web Building PRIOR to the website being completed. A WWB member will notify you of the website's completion via phone call or email. Due to the time and effort put into making the website based off the template you chose, you will be refunded 60-75% of what you paid for the product depending on how late you requested the refund. Once the refund is issued, the website will be taken down and you will no longer have access to the site. This option is available until the website is finished.

Half Refund Policy

If you wish to be refunded for a website after it has been fully created, you will be refunded up to 50% of what you paid for the site due to the time and effort put into making the website based on the template you chose. Once the refund is issued, the website will be taken down and you will no longer have access to the site. This option is available for 30 days after the
